Foreign Office Questions On my feet again today asking what the Foreign Office is doing to help civilians in Ukraine now suffering from a lack of water and heating because their utilities are being destroyed by Putin. This is why Rob Scammell and a small group are going to Ukraine to deliver desperately needed humanitarian aid to help as the Winter sets in. It was also an appropriate time to thank Rob for all he has done formally on the Parliamentary record and indeed all my constituents who have given so much aid and assistance for this cause.
