Today Duncan spoke as part of a debate on the recovery of the arts and culture sector post-Covid-19.
He made particular mention of the assistance received from the £1.57m Culture Recovery Fund by North Norfolk Railway, Sheringham Little Theatre, Wells Maltings, and the Cromer Multiplex Cinema. He welcomed the additional £400m announced by the Chancellor, but made a plea for outdoor learning centres to be eligible for this new funding.
