Public lavatories are a lifeline, particularly in communities with an ageing population and those with a thriving visitor economy.
Today Duncan spoke in support of the Non-Domestic Rating (Public Lavatories) Bill provides rate relief to local authorities and other operators. He also commended Cley Parish Council for their work in fund-raising for and creating their own new public lavatory, "The Curlew".
