Following the publication of a recent report looking into fraud and corruption in local authorities, Duncan today asked the Prime Minister, the Rt Hon Boris Johnson MP, if he supported the need for strong action where fraud and corruption is found.
Mr Johnson replied, saying that fraud and corruption in local councils is "corrosive of public trust" and "wasteful of public money" and that all councils should take note of the recent report.
