Today, Duncan made his Maiden Speech in the House of Commons.
Paying tribute to his late stepfather, Michael Baker, who inspired him to become involved in politics, Duncan emphasised his desire to help others, and to ensure all who live and work in North Norfolk are able to grow, develop, and thrive. He outlined his plan to help small and medium businesses in the High Street flourish, citing the importance of a strong economy in providing good transport, infrastructure, and health care.
He also thanked Sir Norman Lamb for his eighteen years' commitment and work as North Norfolk's former MP.
