The government has announced a further investment in arts and culture between 2022 and 2025, with almost £250m to support cultural organisations across the country. £75m has been earmarked to support arts projects outside London to make sure everybody has access to brilliant culture on their doorstep.
An extra £43m allocated to Arts Council England will all be spent outside London, while a rearranging of other budgets will see an additional £32m also spent in this way.
North Norfolk is one of 109 places identified to receive this support, which will greatly benefit our theatres, music venues, and heritage attractions.

I have been advocating for more funding for the East of England and North Norfolk in particular as part of the government's Levelling Up agenda. I am delighted that North Norfolk is to benefit from this additional investment in our amazing arts and culture.
