Lloyds bank closures and problems with banking hubs.
As promised, I’ve just spoken in this evening’s Financial Services debate and brought up the situation in Parliament regarding the Cromer and North Walsham Lloyds bank closures.
I made it absolutely clear how upset we all are and made clear my views on the appalling attitude of the banks.
So many constituents have written to me with ideas and useful points, which I am so grateful for. I used them in my speech - as I promised to do so.
The Minister was clearly listening. Next steps is another meeting with Lloyds to reconsider this awful decision.
