*Fighting to keep Blakeney Surgery*
This morning I spoke with BBC Radio Norfolk over the extremely concerning planned closure of Blakeney Surgery.
I need your help to fight this proposal. The health services will shortly consult with local stakeholders.
I recently contacted over 1700 people in the Blakeney and surrounding village area to ask their views on the planned closure. I have had 400+ responses back already, overwhelmingly telling me that people do not want this to happen.
For those who cannot drive or for our older residents, this closure will cause major issues. Rural services must be retained for communities across North Norfolk. I promise I will do my utmost to see the surgery stays open.
